Amla Churn is a rasayan which provides rich souce of Vitamin C and pectin to the body. It is best known for longivity and has tridoshar qualites to help fatigue, acidity, abdominal pain and constipation.
How to Use:
A normal dose includes 3-6 grams twice a day with water, amla juice or honey. Alternatively, take as per physicians advice for best results.
