Jushanda Kwath is an Ayurvedic medicine in powderded form which is best used for cold and cough. It clears the mucus from throught and chest.
How to Use:
Take around two tea spoons of kwath and boil it in 2 glassese of water. Wait for the water to reduce to half glass, then filter it and have it. This can be taken twice a day.
